Area Meeting Location
Area Meetings are held either by Zoom or in person at the Three Kings Inn, Hengrave Road, Fornham All Saints, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 6LA.
The dates for Area Meetings, which start at 19:45 are published in the “Upcoming Events” section and circulated by e-mail to all clubs.
All clubs in the East Anglia area are entitled to send representatives to these meetings. Regardless of the number of representatives from a club who attend, each club gets only 1 vote at the meeting. In order to exercise this vote, clubs must send a representative (Zoom or in person).
The Area pays mileage costs to those who attend.
