The “A way” Day

Ever had difficulty getting time with the right instructor to progress towards your Fixed Wing A or B? Having difficulty with the way your aircraft flies? Feeling as if you aren’t progressing as fast as you would like? Read on!

The BMFA East Anglia Area is pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to come along to a relaxed but informed day on how to obtain your BMFA “A” or “B” Fixed Wing Achievement. Limited to 15 delegates.

Overview:- Briefing for the day ahead.

A demonstration flight for each discipline will be made to the “Required Standard”.

You will be assigned to a Mentor who will offer Help, Advice and Guidance on such things as Model Set up, Trimming and will go on to coach you through a number of flights throughout the day.

If you feel confident with your new skills, Examiners will be on hand to test you for the relevant Rating.

Requirements:-

Come along with a suitable Model, sufficient Fuel or Lipo’s (charging facilities available but bring your own charger) Transmitter Manual would also be useful.

You will have already been practising towards achieving your new Rating.

You are aware of the BMFA Safety Codes, A Flying Start and the Mandatory Questions.
